Tongue depressor? more like tongue exciter!

So, this'll be brief since I wrote a massive entry just before, but yesterday held a nice rite in my metamorphosis from pupael (get it?!) to doctorfly: I did the thing where you ask the patient to open his or her mouth and stick out his or her tongue and go, "Say Ah". Daeya!
